Could another “New Deal” be what America needs?

We do not need a new deal. The problem is that some jerk on the supreme court decided that corporations were better that humans. The court gave them all the rights of people but forgot to tell them that if you are a person you have some responsibilities, like respect for the rights of others, concern for the world you are leaving for your children and so on. It all began in 1886: Santa Clara County v. Southern Pacific Railroad Company 118 U.S. 394. The next POTUS could take a step in the right direction by restoring the “fairness doctrine” http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fairness_Doctrine#Reaction
I’m not holding my breath.
